Bruno
Rudnik, Managing Director
SusTech Consult is managed by Bruno Rudnik who founded the company in 2012.
Prior to founding SusTech Consult, Bruno headed the global chemicals and materials industry practice of a leading management consultancy focused on Emerging Markets. He has been supporting European, American and Chinese blue chips as well as SMEs and start-ups within their internationalization strategies and implementation of investment projects in the global growth markets.
In
his role as Subject Matter Expert on Green Technologies, Bruno
supports the German-Chinese Business Association (DCW), the leading
network to foster the economic relationships between Germany and
China. On behalf of DCW, he comments on current topics regarding
German-Chinese co-operation in the field of environmental
technologies.
Bruno possesses 15 years of China experience including 5 years of living in Shanghai, Beijing and Qingdao. He has studied in Germany, Sweden and China and holds a master degree in business administration from Passau University.
Dr. Albrecht Läufer,
Partner
Dr. Albrecht Läufer is a Senior
Partner for SusTech focusing on biotech and biochemical industry
projects.
He has hands-on cross-cultural management experience in guiding projects between Asia and Europe and has negotiated numerous partnerships such as agency deals and Joint Ventures. He was Interim Manager in CEO, Project management and R&D functions.
For more than 20 years he was in
leading positions in the pharmaceutical and chemical
industry. At Solvay Pharmaceuticals he was Vice President and
Regional Director, responsible for Asia, Canada and Australia,
Turkey, the Middle East and South Africa. As the CEO of Solvay
Enzymes he was responsible for Solvay´s detergent enzymes market
worldwide and for the complete enzyme portfolio in Europe. In 2002
he co-founded Corvay GmbH which he owns and leads as CEO since
2008.
Dr. Läufer studied Biochemistry in Tübingen, Germany and Chemistry in Basel, Switzerland. He received his PhD from the University of Braunschweig in physical chemistry.
Shuang Lu, Consultant
Ms.
Shuang Lu works as Consultant at the Munich office of
SusTech.
She
has a particular project focus on energy efficiency and smart
manufacturing technologies. Her industrial working experience
includes five years as Project Manager at ABB Transformer Shanghai,
a Joint Venture between ABB and Shanghai Electric, one of the
largest mechanical and electrical equipment manufactory enterprises
in China.
Shuang has studied in China and Germany and holds
a master degree in Electrical Engineering and Information
Technology from the Technical University of Munich (TUM). She is
fluent in Chinese, English and German.
Zixuan Zhang, Project
Manager
Ms. Zixuan Zhang works for SusTech as Consultant in both Germany and China. Her major industry expertise lies in the water and waste water sector in which she has more than 10 years of professional experience. She possesses strong commercial and technical project management capabilities which she has proven in projects e.g. in Europe, China and South America.
Zixuan has obtained a Master of Science in Environmental and Resource Management from Technical University of Cottbus with specialization on water and waste water treatment. She is fluent in Chinese, English and German.
